Digital Interview AI Affiliate Program Disclosure & Terms

This Affiliate Program Disclosure and Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the Digital Interview AI affiliate program operated by Modern Day Products LLC, DBA Digital Interview AI.

Our affiliate program is administered through Rewardful, a third-party affiliate tracking platform.

By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms.

1. Affiliate Program Overview

Digital Interview AI offers an affiliate program that allows individuals and organizations to earn commissions.

2. Affiliate Tracking

Affiliate referrals are tracked through the Rewardful platform using:

  • unique referral links
  • browser cookies or tracking identifiers
  • purchase attribution tracking

When a user clicks an affiliate link:

  • a tracking cookie may be stored in the user’s browser
  • the referral may be recorded in Rewardful
  • eligible purchases may be attributed to the affiliate

Tracking may depend on the user not blocking cookies or clearing browser data.

Digital Interview AI cannot guarantee commission attribution if tracking is disrupted.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates may earn commissions for qualifying purchases referred through their affiliate links.

Commissions may include:

  • recurring subscription revenue share
  • one-time referral payments
  • promotional bonuses or contest incentives

Commission rates may vary depending on promotional campaigns or affiliate agreements.

Digital Interview AI reserves the right to modify commission structures at any time.

4. Commission Eligibility

A commission is earned only when:

  • a user clicks a valid affiliate link
  • the user completes a qualifying purchase
  • the purchase is successfully processed and not refunded or disputed

Commissions may not be paid for:

  • fraudulent transactions
  • refunded purchases
  • self-referrals
  • duplicate accounts created to generate commissions

Digital Interview AI reserves the right to review and reverse commissions if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Self-Referrals Prohibited

Affiliates may not use their own affiliate links to receive discounts or commissions on personal purchases.

This includes:

  • creating multiple accounts
  • using alternate email addresses
  • attempting to generate commissions from personal purchases

Violation of this rule may result in:

  • cancellation of commissions
  • removal from the affiliate program

6. Payment of Commissions

Commissions are tracked and managed through Rewardful.

Affiliate payouts may be issued through supported payment methods provided by Rewardful.

Payments may be subject to:

  • minimum payout thresholds
  • payout schedules
  • verification requirements

Digital Interview AI is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7. FTC Affiliate Disclosure Requirement

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Digital Interview AI when promoting the platform.

This disclosure is required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

Examples of acceptable disclosures include:

  • “This post contains affiliate links.”
  • “I may earn a commission if you sign up through my link.”
  • “Sponsored or affiliate promotion.”

Disclosures must be clear, visible, and placed near the promotional content.

8. Acceptable Promotional Methods

Affiliates may promote Digital Interview AI through:

  • social media content
  • blog articles
  • YouTube videos
  • educational content
  • email newsletters
  • career coaching communities

Affiliates must ensure that their marketing is truthful and compliant with advertising laws.

9. Prohibited Promotional Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • run misleading advertisements
  • impersonate Digital Interview AI employees
  • claim guaranteed job outcomes
  • send spam messages
  • use unauthorized paid search ads using the Digital Interview AI brand name
  • create deceptive or fraudulent promotions

Violation of these rules may result in termination from the affiliate program.

10. Independent Affiliates

Affiliates are independent participants and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Digital Interview AI.

Affiliates may not represent themselves as acting on behalf of the company.

11. Data and Privacy

Affiliate tracking may involve limited technical data such as:

  • referral identifiers
  • timestamps
  • click activity
  • purchase attribution

This data is used solely to operate the affiliate program.

12. Modification or Termination

Digital Interview AI reserves the right to:

  • modify the affiliate program
  • adjust commission structures
  • terminate affiliate accounts
  • suspend commissions for suspicious activity

Changes may occur at any time.

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
