The Services are operated by Modern Day Products LLC DBA Digital Interview AI , a company registered in the State of New Jersey, United States.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Digital Interview AI.

By using the Services, you represent that:

  • you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement
  • the information you provide is accurate
  • you will comply with these Terms

Digital Interview AI provides a software platform that allows users to:

  • practice interview conversations
  • simulate real-world job interviews
  • receive automated feedback and scoring
  • improve interview communication skills

The Services may include AI-powered interview simulations using audio, video, and text interactions.

Digital Interview AI is an educational and training tool and does not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate registration information
  • maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • notify us immediately of unauthorized use

You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • violate any laws or regulations
  • impersonate another person
  • upload harmful or illegal content
  • attempt to reverse engineer the platform
  • interfere with the operation of the Services
  • exploit the system for abusive or automated use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of your content.

However, by using the Services, you grant Digital Interview AI a limited license to process this content for the purpose of delivering the Services, including AI analysis and feedback generation.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The platform uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate interview questions, scoring, and feedback.

AI-generated output:

  • may not always be accurate
  • should be used for training purposes only
  • should not be considered professional career advice

Users remain responsible for how they interpret or use AI-generated feedback.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree:

  • to pay all applicable fees
  • that subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
  • to comply with Stripe's payment terms

We do not store full credit card information.

8. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings.

Cancellation will stop future billing, but does not retroactively refund previous charges unless required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including but not limited to:

  • software
  • design
  • branding
  • logos
  • AI models
  • training workflows

are the property of Digital Interview AI, LLC or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce platform content without permission.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • maintenance
  • updates
  • infrastructure issues
  • third-party service disruptions

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Interview AI shall not be liable for:

  • employment outcomes
  • missed job opportunities
  • decisions made based on platform feedback
  • indirect or consequential damages

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
